FAQs

When will my item be produced?

We are a small press shop studio, so you can expect your garment to be ready within Monday - Friday (based on order placement).

Can I make modify items to my order after it's been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted.

How can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only allowed if your order has NOT been provided a shipping tracking number for delivery.

If the order has not been assigned a shipping tracking number, please email us your order receipt (via email) astromessyclothing@gmail.com as proof of purchase. Once we validate your receipt, a refund will then be given to your full order.

How can I track my order?

Once we fulfill your order, we will provide you with a shipping tracking number.

Check in within your email inbox to find your tracking number to the corresponding shipping carrier to track your package.

How long does shipping take?

Normal estimated shipping cycle is usually 3-7 business days with our UPS & USPS carriers.

Shipping during the holidays may take longer with 5-10 days.

If an item is sold out, when will it be available again?

Astromessy.com displays real time-inventory. Unfortunately an item is no longer available if you don't see it on our website.

How do I know if an item will fit?

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was canceled, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure your information is up to date. Cancellations can also be affected by limited stock availability.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now we do not ship internationally, but we look forward to building the brand up with supporters to hopefully sell globally.
