Refund Policy

We aim to provide you with complete satisfaction with our products. However, please note the following:

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged upon receipt. All other sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for non-damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours after the product has been delivered to address the issue. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refunds

  1. Refund Application: To start a refund, please fill out our email message box below. Submit your order number, name, and digital receipt as proof of purchase. Once we receive your refund application, we will evaluate the content for approval and then give a refund.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

  3. Shipping Fees: Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: You have 48 hours from the date the product has been delivered to your residence to initiate a return. Items must be unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and digital receipt as proof of purchase. We’ll then guide you through our return process.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and intimate wear, are non-returnable. Any items returned that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.

  4. Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, your order can be reshipped once it is returned to us. A reshipping fee will be applied in this case.

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide you with complete satisfaction with our products. However, please note the following:

Final Sale 
All sales are final once an order is in the fulfillment process. Customers have a 24-hour window to cancel an order; beyond this period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

 

Order Cancellation 
Customers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to cancel their orders. Once an order is in fulfillment and has left our facility, it is no longer possible to cancel, return, or exchange the item. 

 

Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Shipments 
Wrong Address: If you or your customer provides an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment to either yourself or your customer.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please double-check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.

 

International Orders 
All international orders are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has shipped.

 

Damaged Items 
If an item is damaged upon arrival, we will still be responsible for resolving the issue. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

FAQs

When will my item be produced?

We are a small press shop studio, so you can expect your garment to be ready within Monday - Friday business days. (based on order placement queue).

Can I make modify items to my order after it's been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed in our system, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.

Please fill out our email message box with your order number and customer name to start the application. We will then reply to your request by asking for your digital receipt of the order you want to refund. Once we validate your receipt, a refund will then be given to your full order.

How can I track my order?

Once we fulfill your order, we will provide you with a shipping tracking number.

Check in within your email inbox to find your tracking number to the corresponding shipping carrier to track your package.

How long does shipping take?

Normal estimated shipping cycle is usually 3-7 business days with our UPS & USPS carriers.

Shipping during the holidays may take longer with 5-10 days.

If an item is sold out, when will it be available again?

ASTROMESSY website displays real time-inventory. If an item is no longer available it may be discontinued or awaiting restock on the website.

Since we're a small business please stay updated on our social media for in-stock updates & notifications for now.

How do I know if an item will fit?

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was canceled, we advise you to contact your banking financial institution to check for a declined payment or ensure your payment information is up to date. Cancellations can also be affected by limited stock availability on our website.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now we do not ship internationally, but we look forward to building a strong community brand with supporters that will help us be known globally.
