All purchases made through Astromessy Clothing LLC are considered final sale. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

  • Provide the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue

Upon review, Astromessy Clothing LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at its sole discretion.

  • These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted. All sales are processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment.
