  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and intimate wear, are non-returnable. Any items returned that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.

  3. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and digital receipt as proof of purchase. We’ll then guide you through our return process.


Refunds

  3. Shipping Fees: Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
