  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product drops, or promotional events

Once an order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and cannot be modified or canceled in accordance with our Final Sale Policy.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
  • Delivery timelines begin after the order has been processed and shipped
  • Astromessy Clothing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Astromessy Clothing LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Astromessy Clothing LLC is not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Stolen after delivery

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Assistance may be provided at our discretion.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence

Claims submitted outside this time frame may not be eligible for review. All resolutions are handled at the sole discretion of Astromessy Clothing LLC.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing
